Section 25(b) in The Assam State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited
(b)The Executive Director of the Bank who shall an officer of the Bank shall be appointed by the Bank with prior approval of the Government and he shall function under over all control of the Chief Executive Director.
