Section 40 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
40. Power of Government to give directions.
- The Government may, from time to time, issue such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, to the Council as it may deem fit for giving effect to the provisions of this Act and the Council shall comply with such directions. '
