Section 2(h) in The Tripura Courts Stenographers' Service Rules, 1983
(h)"Common Seniority List" in relation to any Grade means the seniority list of officers of that Grade serving in the Cadre as on the appointed day and revised from time to time in accordance with the regulation to be framed in this behalf by the Gauhati High Court;
