9. Recovery of Tax on advertisement due as arrears of Property Tax.
- If any advertisement tax due from any person remains unpaid in whole or in part at the end of the financial year, the such tax or such part thereof as remains unpaid together will all sums payable towards detention fee, expenses incurred on effecting the removal of the unauthorised advertisement etc. in connection therewith shall be recoverable in same manner as property tax.
