Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Fisheries and Ocean University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Fisheries and Ocean University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the whole State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
