178. Decree or Order under section 177
(1) A decree or order under section 177 may direct the ejectment of a tenant either from such portion thereof as the court, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, may direct.(2)Such decree or order shall further direct that if the tenant repairs the damage or pays such compensation as the court thinks fit within three months from the date of the decree or order or within suit further period as the court may, for, reasons to be recorded, allow the decree or order shall not be executed except in respect of costs.
