Section 6 in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
6. Electoral Roll.
- So much of the electoral rolls for any Assembly Constituency in force on the last date for filing of nomination for the elections to the Council as related to the areas comprised within a constituency formed under section 5 shall be deemed to be the electoral roll for that constituency for the purposes of this Act.
