(3)Gram Panchayat may suggest suitable dates in advance for convening meetings of Ward Sabhas at least one month before the scheduled date for meeting of Gram Sabha, so that all Ward Sabha meetings would have been convened before the meeting of Gram Sabha. The notice for meetings of Ward Sabha will generally be issued according to the dates suggested by the Gram Panchayat.
