Section 54(1) in The Rajasthan Molasses Rules, 1985
(1)The licensee shall not receive his supplies of molasses from any person other then-(i)a person who holds in the State of Rajasthan a licence in Form M-I or M-III; or(ii)a person who is directed by the State Government to self molasses to him; or(iii)a person outside the State of Rajasthan.
