Section 15(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Acquisition of Land Owners Estates Rules, 1964
(1)On receipt of an application under section 13 of the Act and rule 14 of these rules, the Collector shall forward the duplicate copy of the application to the Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan, concerned for an inquiry and report as to the correctness or otherwise of the statements made in the application.
