Per Virender Singh, C.J.
1. Mr.Gadodia, learned counsel, contends that other petition being W.P.(C) No. 5723 of 2010 involving the same issue, is already pending in this Court, in which by way of interim relief, direction has been issued to the respondents therein not to compel the petitioner therein to pay Service Tax. He prays that the instant petition may also be heard along with the aforesaid petition. Learned counsel submitted that since the petitioner is paying Service Tax regularly, no direction by way of interim relief, as given in the aforesaid writ petition, is required in this case, but his prayer is that whatever tax is paid by the petitioner and will be paid in near future, may be kept subject to the outcome of the main petition.
2. Ordered accordingly.
3. List the instant petition along with aforesaid W.P.(C) No. 5723 of 2010 as well as W.P.(C) No. 1025 of 2011 and W.P.(C) No.5708 of 2011 on 29.6.2015.
4. Registry is also directed to tag other petitions of the similar nature, so that all the petitions are taken up together.
