Section 16(1) in Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2019
(1)A department or any section of a department of the shop or establishment may work in more than one shifts at the discretion of the employer and if more than one shifts are worked, the worker may be required to work in any shift at the discretion of the employer.
