Section 26(1) in Braithwaite And Company (India) Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1976
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government or the Custodian or the Government company or any officer or other person authorised by that Government or Government company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
