Section 20(2) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)A person who applies to have his name entered in the register shall-(a)satisfy the Council that he is in possession of a recognised veterinary qualification;(b)mention in his application the date on which he acquired the qualification which entitles him to claim registration; and(c)give the Council any other information which may reasonably be required for the purpose of registration.
