Section 6 in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
6. Office of University.
(1)The office of the University shall be located at Jodhpur which shall be the headquarters of the Vice-Chancellor.(2)the convocations for the conferment of degrees shall ordinarily be held at Jodhpur.
