Section 21(2) in Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Act, 1987
(2)The Statutes as contained in the Schedule to this Act and as amended from time to time shall be binding on all the Authorities, officers, teacher, employees and students of the University and other persons connected with the affairs of the University.
