Section 60 in Himachal Pradesh Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1988
60. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding whatsoever shall lie against the Government or any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
