In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (f) and (g) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (4) of section 42 and section 34 of the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994 (55 of 1994), the Airports Authority of India, with the prior approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations, namely:--
