(3)The manager of the mine shall-(a)provide with an air intake shut-off valve with readily accessible remote control arrangement where a diesel engine is located within thirty metre of a well;(b)provide with water bath treater, heater treater and flare line, a suitable device for remote ignition of burners; and(c)ensure to effectively earth all plant, machinery and derricks for dissipation of any static electric charge.
