13. Removal of name from the select list.
- Government in the Home Department, may, at any time for grave lapse in the conduct or deterioration in the standard of performance of duties on the part of a Senior Assistant included in the select list, remove his name from such list :Provided that before removal of the name of any Senior Assistant from the select list, the persons concerned shall be offered an opportunity of being heard in the matter.
