Section 12 in Travancore-Cochin Medical Practitioners Act, 1953
12. Cessation of membership.
- A member of a council shall be deemed to have vacated his scat-(a)on the expiry of the term of office;(b)on resignation;(c)on absence without excuse sufficient in the opinion of the appropriate council from three consecutive meetings of such council: or(d)on becoming subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in Section 7.
