Section 58(2) in The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995
(2)The Registrar shall bring such application before the next meeting of the Council or the Executive Committee, which will consider the application and any objections thereto, and the President may put from the chair the question:"Whether The Registrar Shall Remove The Applicant's Name From The Register".
