This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Buddha Colony P.S. Case No.435 of 2018, disclosing the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 326, 325, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427, 449, 450, 451, 452, 461, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections ¾ of Damage to Public Property Act. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45853 of 2019(5) dt.16-11-2019 8/8 Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners that similarly circumstances co-accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court by various orders including an order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 44514 of 2019, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge XVI-cum-ACJM, Patna, in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No.435 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, their bail Bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
