Section 53(1) in The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983
(1)Any officer, servant or member (including the Chairman and Vice-Chairman) of a committee shall furnish such information in his possession in regard to the affairs or proceedings of the committee, standing committee or any sub-committee as the Metropolitan Commissioner, or any officer authorised by him or, as the case may be, any officer authorized by the State Government, may require him so to do.
