Section 10(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1998
(1)The State Executive Committee shall be the Executive Body of the Co-ordination Committee and shall be responsible for carrying out the decisions of the Co-ordination Committee.
