Section 19(1) in The Haryana Cattle Fairs Act, 1970
(1)A police officer arresting any person for an offence punishable under sub-section (1) of section 17 shall seize all movable property used by such persons in the commission of the offence and all moneys collected by him in pursuance of such offence.
