01. IA Nos.1730, 1729 & 1791 of 2025 & MACA No.783 of 2025
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Since the appellant has already filed the cheque of Rs.25,000/- towards the statutory deposit, the cheque amount be invested in the name of Registrar (Judicial) in any Nationalized Bank by opening an interest bearing account renewable from time to time.
3. It is apprised by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant-petitioner has already paid the deficit Court fees.
4. Accordingly, the IA Nos.1730 & 1729 of 2025 stand disposed of.
Page 1 of 25. The appellant-petitioner has filed IA No.1791 of 2025 U/S.5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 84 days in preferring the appeal.
6. Heard. Issue notice on admission and limitation against Respondent Nos.4 to 7 by Speed Post/ Registered Post with AD fixing a short returnable date, since Mr. Ramesh Chandra Pradhan, learned counsel accepts notice for RNos.1 to 3. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three working days.
