The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:

"(i) To direct the respondent to forward the ACR for the year 2018-19.
(ii) To direct the respondent to pay interest on the salary for the period of may and July, 2019.
(iii) To direct the respondent to rectify grade pay entered in the service record to 26630 +7600, and to sign the service book which has been sent unsigned.
(iv) To fix the responsibility of the officer responsible for the delay and lapses."

2. Having gone through the averments made in the writ petition as also the documents annexed therewith, it appears that the petitioner has straight away approached this court and has ::: Downloaded on - 06/11/2020 20:23:52 :::HCHP 2 not made any demand/representation to the respondents for redressal of his grievances. Until and unless the case of the .

petitioner has been considered and rejected, the petitioner would not get any cause of action.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents within a period of two weeks from today, at the first instance, for redressal of his grievances. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider and take a conscious decision, in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court for redressal of his grievances, in case the same are not redressed, if he is so advised.

5. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
