Section 16 in The Goa Coaching Classes (Regulation) Act, 2001
16. Power to remove difficulty.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, give such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty.
