Section 79(1) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, make rules, not inconsistent with the provisons of this Act, for the purpose of exercising the powers and discharging the duties conferred or imposed on the Government by this Act.
