Section 26 in Punjab (Institutions and Other Buildings) Tax Act, 2011
26. Overriding effect of this Act.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall take effect, notwithstanding anything to the contrary continued in any other law for the time being in force or in any contract.
