Section 328(1) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(1)The City Superintendent of Police, and his subordinates shall, as far as may be, co-operate with the [Commissioner] [This word was substituted for the words 'Chief Executive Officer' by Bombay 79 of 1958, Section 3, Schedule.] for carrying out the purposes of this Act and for the maintenance of public health, safety and convenience within the limits of the Corporation.
