43. Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations to be Published in the Gazette.
(1)Every Statutes, Ordinance or Regulation made under this Act shall be published in and the Gazette.(2)First Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act, shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be lad between U.P. Act No. 1 of 1904, both Houses of the State Legislature and the provisions of sub section (1) of Section 23-A of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904(U.P. Act No. 1 of 1904) shall apply as they apply in respect of rules made by the State Government under any Uttar Pradesh Act.
