Section 35(1) in University of Heatlh Sciences, Karnal Act, 2016
(1)From the commencement of this Act, all colleges and other educational institutions of Health Sciences in the districts under its territory, previously admitted to the privileges of or affiliated to Pandit Bhagat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, Kurukshetra University, or any other university, council or affiliating body, shall be deemed to be admitted to the privileges, or affiliated to University.
