10. Confiscation of Rice or Paddy.
- Without prejudice to anything contained in clause 9 of this Order, in the event of any contravention of the provisions of this Order the Collector may confiscate entire stock of paddy, rice and vehicle seized under clause 8 from a miller or any other person.
