(1)The qualification, experience and competence of technical personnel and Builders are given in Schedule-I, which are to be followed as per relevant regulations.(2)The industries that can be considered in residential area is to be decided by the Authority in consultation with Directorate Town Planning, Orissa from time to time.(3)The forms prescribed for application under Section-16 (1) permission under Section-16(3) drawing attention of Vice-Chairman u/s 16(7) of ODA Act and others in connection with commencement of work, completion certificate, Occupancy Certificate, Structural stability certificate and periodic progress report are provided in Schedule-2.
