Section 39(1) in The Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981
(1)Every memorandum of appeal under sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Act shall be duly signed by the appellant and shall be submitted to the Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal in triplicate personally or by registered post acknowledgement due.
