Section 43(1) in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
(1)In a scheme, reconstituting the plot, the size and shapes of every reconstituted plot shall be determined, so far as may be, to render it suitable for building proposed, and, where a plot is already built upon to ensure that the buildings, as far as possible, comply with the provisions of the scheme as regards open spaces.
