Section 24 in The Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran Act, 2018
24. Priority of payment for interest and repayment of loans.
- All payments by the Pradhikaran on account of interest on loans or the repayment of loans shall be made on priority to all other dues of the Pradhikaran.
