Section 1 in Insolvency And Bankruptcy Board Of India (Bankruptcy Process For Personal Guarantors To Corporate Debtors) Regulations, 2019
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These regulations may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Bankruptcy Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Regulations, 2019.(2)They shall come into force from the 1st day of December, 2019.(3)These regulations shall apply to the bankruptcy process for personal guarantors to corporate debtors.
