Section 53(c) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(c)All institution affiliated to the existing Board immediately before the appointed day shall be deemed to be affiliated to the Board under this Act till their affiliation is withdrawn or reconsidered under the provisions of this Act.
