Section 136(3) in The Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People Act, 1957
(3)Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extent to six months [and with fine.] [Substituted by Act XXIV of 1975 dated 19-08-1975.]
