Section 29 in Prevention Of Collision On National Waterways Regulations, 2002
29. Lights to be exhibited by pilot vessel.-
A vessel engaged on pilotage duty shall exhibit:(i)At or near the mast head two alround lights in vertical line the upper white and the lower red;(ii)When under way, in addition side lights and stem light.
