                      PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                      India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling
                      for the records and quash the order passed by the third respondent in
                      I.D.No.267 of 1996 on 08.11.2000 and direct the respondents one and
                      two to pay the kitchen allowance to the employees working in the
                      kitchen from 01.04.1993 with interest.

                                                     ORDER

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that on account of the developments took place during the pendency of the writ petition, the cause aroused for the filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner also seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of as infructuous.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
