Section 31(4) in The Sikh Gurdwaras Committee Election Rules, 1959
(4)Every elector shall vote without undue delay and shall quit the polling station as soon as he has put his ballot-paper in the ballot-box. No elector shall remain in a poling compartment longer than is reasonably necessary for marking his vote.
