Section 28(4) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(4)Every officer shall report to the Competent Authority every transaction concerning movable property owned or held by him either in his name or in the name of any dependant member of his family if the value of such a property exceeds Rs.25,000/- :Provided that, the previous sanction of the Competent Authority shall be obtained, if such transaction is:-(a)with a person having official dealings with the officer; or(b)otherwise than through a regular or reputed dealer.
