65. Transfer of immovable property.
(1)No immovable property vested in or belonging to a Panchayat shall be transferred by sale, gift, mortgage or exchange or by lease for a period exceeding three years, or otherwise except with the sanction of the State Government or any officer authorised by it in this behalf.(2)The procedure of transfer of immovable property shall be such as may be prescribed.
