% 07.03.2023 Learned counsel appearing for the Execution Petitioner apprises the Court that the Judgment Debtors have now proceeded to pay the amount of Rs.15 lakhs which was the sum indicated as admittedly payable by them. However, it is pointed that no computation sheets have been placed on the record.
Since the sole dispute which now survives is only with respect to interest liability, let both sides place on the record their computation sheets.
Let the matter be called again on 11.07.2023.
