Section 35 in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
35. Rules.
- Any authority of the University specified in clauses (iii) to (vi) of Section 16 and any other Board of the University may, subject to the approval by the Syndicate, make rules, consistent with this Act, Statutes, and Ordinances providing for all matters solely concerning such authority or Board.
