Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensing) Regulations, 2005
(1)The application for grant of licence under section 14 of the Act, to transmit electricity or distribute electricity or to undertake trading in electricity shall respectively be in Form No.l, Form No.2 and Form No.3 specified as Annexures 2, 3 and 4 of these regulations and shall be accompanied by the proof of payment of such fees as prescribed by the State Government.
